Zone2Lift Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and TriageDesk AI LLC (“we”, “us”) for the Zone2Lift iPhone and Apple Watch app (“Z2Lift”) and this website. By using the app or site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the app or this site.
2. What Zone2Lift does
Zone2Lift tracks, shows and compares data that you choose to enter or allow it to read, such as heart-rate zones, training, macros, sleep, blood pressure, glucose, body composition and bloodwork values. It compares them with ranges and targets that you or your coach set.
3. Not medical advice. Not a medical device.
- Zone2Lift is for general fitness and information. It is not medical advice and not a medical device.
- Zone 2 estimates, summaries and “inside/outside your set range” labels only describe numbers against ranges you or a coach chose. They are not a judgment about your health.
- Talk to a qualified professional about any health decision. Do not ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
- Third-party readings (for example Apple Watch, Omron, Oura or glucose sensors) come from those devices via Apple Health. We do not verify their accuracy.
4. Your account and device
You do not need an account to start. You are responsible for your device, its passcode or Face ID lock, and the accuracy of anything you enter or import. Please review imported values before you save them.
5. Your data
Your data is yours. How it is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. If you choose to share categories with a coach or export a file, you decide who receives it and are responsible for that choice.
6. Coaches and clients
Coach sharing is not live yet and is coming later. Once available, coaches will use Zone2Lift to set plans, targets and ranges for their own clients. A coach is responsible for the plans and targets they set, and a client is responsible for deciding whether to follow them. We are not a party to the coaching relationship and do not provide coaching, training or health services.
7. Acceptable use
- Use the app lawfully and only with data you have the right to use.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell or interfere with the app, except as the law allows.
- Do not use the app to harm others or to misrepresent data to someone else.
8. Third-party services and trademarks
Zone2Lift works with Apple Health and other services through Apple Health. Apple, Apple Watch, Apple Health, Face ID, TestFlight, Dexcom, Libre, Stelo, Omron, Oura and other names belong to their owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. Your use of those services is under their own terms.
9. Beta versions
Pre-release or TestFlight versions may change, contain errors and be withdrawn at any time. Screens shown on this site are design renders of a prototype with sample data.
10. Intellectual property
The app, the Zone2Lift name, the Z2 monogram, the robot mascot and the site content belong to TriageDesk AI LLC or its licensors. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app. Your own data remains yours.
11. Paid features
The current version has no paid features. If that changes, we will update these terms first.
12. Disclaimer
The app and site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any estimate or comparison is accurate or complete.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TriageDesk AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes and ending use
We may update the app, the site or these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date. You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access to a beta version or to anyone who breaks these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you and TriageDesk AI LLC consent to that venue, except where applicable law gives you other rights.
